I am very surprised you or any subscribers have not mentioned the total overhype of a Santa Claus rally. Even with setting price targets it took a chunk out of my portfolio for end-of-year. The graphics for the videos were very overblown and said an overly optimistic expectation very disappointed.😮

smart money will go into bonds. Also the yield curve. Every single time in history it uninverts we hit a recession in 6-12 months. The market always crashes prior to when the actual recession is called. Every. single. time. so stocks are not going to avoid it. The market bottoms out before we are out of a recession as well. That means there is a high probability...extremely high that 2025 is the year considering that we just had the longest period of an inverted yield curve in history. The fed is celebrating avoiding a recession, which has never been accomplished. You can bet on "this time is different" but I'll go with stats that have historically played out time and time again. Who wouldn't want to park their cash in guaranteed returns with the overhead risk? Not everyone wants to gamble in a high risk market where there will undoubtedly be plenty of things that could negatively impact the market this year. Tariffs, lack of rate cuts, unemployment on the rise, a spike again in inflation, the list goes on.

I expect short term volatility, but still a milder bull market in 2025. Cory's critics will complain the first time the pullback worsens, but he's probably correct that SPY will trend up across 2025 even with recession, geopolitical bad things, tariffs, negative news, and 2024 bad monetary policy.
