I love the house updates just as much as the car updates. A suggestion for the big garage: because the ceilings are so high; they make sound deadening fixtures that you can suspend from the ceiling. I bet you could find some that look really cool that would tie in with the lights you're thinking of!

I want to see that truck, that house, etc. That truck, with a proper stance, beautiful wood bed, it’ll be gorgeous. @@TheStradman This is coming from a guy with a similar sized house, it is crucial to have space for hobbies! The garage is the perfect size. If you ever think there's too much room, just remember that if you ever were to sell it, the value would be drastically increased because of the square footage. I made the grave mistake of filling in the basement of the previous house in this location before building on it, which cost me somewhere in the hundreds of thousands and probably near ~$300,000 in appraisal. It's definitely worth it to have as much space as possible, not so much as what is livable. But whatever floats your boat!

So I'm a huge fan, I just want to preface that. I'm so glad you finally made a big deal out of this. Although, I don't like you approach at the same time. You keep buying and selling super cars over and over for sp much money. But you in a way make it sound like it almost was a burden to restore it. Kinda hits me in not the best way. This I feel should be your most valuable possessions besides the tribute lambo. When I lost my father I inherited his old beat truck. Every single day I wish I had enough money to restore it and go down the road and have a drive to remember him.... but I'm in no position where I can afford. he ordered a new frame for the truck and the build has been on hold until the new frame was on it's way. It's not like he didn't want to do this build but custom frames can take 6 -12 mos. He said he ordered a new frame long ago and I knew that was the reason he wasn't working on it.

Audio engineer here: You don't necessarily need to cover the entire wall with panels. For the big garage - you can buy wider panels and space them about 3ft apart for a pretty similar effect. Even the ones you have now, can be spaced 1-2ft apart and still be pretty effective in reducing the echoes in either garage

Three things......1 the lighter Gold the original.....2 Sofia dancing is something everyone is going to love, that'll get you an extra 10k likes for sure lol.....3 get an acoustic expert to measure the big garage for the right type of acoustic panels and the correct placement of them, it may cost $10k for the analysis but you won't be wasting time and money for subpar results, you'll get great results and it will look way better

The great thing about the 4-in-1 JackPak is that when one of the tools stops working (i.e. the air compressor), you get to throw away the other 3 as well. I always opt for single purpose tools (unless they are under $10.)

Your Dad's truck is going to be nice. I would not over do it. The LS3 will be great. Some modern and needed upgrades too eill be nice. But hopefully you find the original paint code. Paint it all original. Recover the bench seat. And keep it near what it was for most of you life. Just restored and a practical daily driver.
