Almost every independent candidate from the Jammu region is going to align with BJP. Congress will only win a handful of seats from Jammu. Engineer Rashid is against NC, and his entire campaign was against both NC and PDP. So, if a political party from the Kashmir region partners with BJP, a Dogra chief minister can definitely be made. It all depends on how many seats BJP wins in this election. If they get 33-35 or more, a Dogra CM is no longer just a dream.
