San Diego's Unsafe Camping Ordinance was approved in June, 2023 and went into effect on July 31, 2023. The ordinance prohibits camping on public property if shelter beds are available. It also bans camping within two blocks of schools, homeless shelters, and transit hubs, and in any open areas like public parks, canyons, and riverbeds. The ordinance allows officers to force people off public land if they're sleeping within two blocks of a school, shelter, trolley station, waterway, or park. Officers can also jail unhoused people camping in certain locations if they have previously been cited for living on the streets. The ordinance was approved by the City Council in a 5-4 vote on June 13. Mayor Todd Gloria signed the ordinance into law on June 29, 2023. The scenes in this video are mostly a thing of the past...

No. El tipo está mostrando las calles donde se encuentran prostitutas. Una especie de anuncio. Noten que muestra los nombres de las calles. Es un depredador o un padrote que trafica mujeres. Esperemos que la policía lo investigue
