Thankyou. SUMO DEADLIFT is good for those with scoliosis. I still prefer CONVENTIONAL DEADLIFT.

Hi i’d like to know if i should do a cut. Im 5’10 106kgs about 28-30% body fat Ive done starting strength for about 3 weeks. My squat is 3x5 @77.5 Bench 3x5 @65 Press 3x5 @45 Deadlift 1x5@105

Not a coach just a starting strength enthusiast but I'd imagine you could just clean up your diet and keep doing the program and the body fat will take care of itself. In other words just don't eat crap but make sure you're get at least enough protein in and you should be able to keep getting stronger

I actually use both "drop belly between your legs" and "squeeze the chest out"!

Yes, you'll be on NLP until you can't add 5lbs to the bar every workout.

Are you doing starting strength? Because that's Deadlifts every workout in phase 1
