What ever it was it isn't a Challenger tank. Two crewmen were seen to bail out from the turret left hatch, which on Challenger is the loaders. For two to bail out using the same hatch it would have to be the Commander's and gunner's station. To have two people in the loaders position is highly unlikely, as is the driver coming through the turret to abandon the vehicle.
