Russia officially warned the ambassadors of England and France that if England’s missiles strike deep into Russia and France sends its troops into Ukraine, if F-16s take off from NATO airfields, then Russia will launch tactical nuclear strikes on military targets in England and France, as well as on factories producing weapons for Ukraine. To this end, Russia announced and began exercises on the shipment and installation of combat nuclear warheads on carriers of nuclear tactical weapons.
