Great review. You guys know your stuff. As I understand, the 2023's are unchanged from the 2022's so this review is still current. Thanks from Canada!

Thanks for that and watching :) Yes, you are correct this Lite Tech model remains unchanged from 2022 to 2023.

Can I ask witch is better touring board or waterline starboard 2023, I have like 6 months practicing SUP but I don’t know witch of one buy. I’ll like a stable and little race board.

Thanks for watching and the question. The Waterline is very specialist and very much biased towards flat water. Although rewarding to paddle, it is limited and does not have the broad range of use or overall stability of the Touring. If racing and performance are of real interest and where you are going with your paddling, we'd recommend strongly considering a 14ft version of the Touring from Starboard. Also don't discount the likes of the Starboard Airline Allstar Inflatable as it is hugely capable board and at 28" wide is a great tourer as well as decent round a race course. Hope this helps.

Hi guys, in side choppy conditions how does it perform compared to my all star (2019) and Generation? Thanks

Thanks for watching. You'll find the Touring has a bottom shape not unlike your Allstar ie: a deep concave centre channel. However, the wider width of the Touring and the much lower volume and round rails particularly in the forward sections mean that it is less affected in a cross wind situation that the slab sided Allstar's. Compared to the Generation, the Generation is pretty much in a category of all its own; less initial stability than the touring or Allstar due to the Generations double concave running either side of the deeper central spine but its rocker line and pulled in tail as well as fin set up make it far more versatile than the Touring and a real swiss army knife of a board. Hope this helps. Feel free to drop us a line at help@thesupco.com if you need any further help.

@@TheSUPCompany thanks a lot for the feedback, looks like the Generation is worth trying for our variable mediterranean conditions
