Join Susan in exploring how to bring the qualities of floating and sinking into your Tai Chi. Susan uses a simple Qigong to teach you how to feel sensations of floating in order to song your body into an open, relaxed state. She then has you move through the 8 Silk Brocade to apply the floating and sinking feelings throughout these simple movements. The final follow along is simple Chen Style Tai Chi form to explore placing the newfound feelings of floating and sinking, also experiences as Yin and Yang into your Tai Chi. Thanks for watching!
