Great cake you didn’t need to dowel as the two central steel supports will do it. In Australia many of us dowel up to three layers/tiers and use a 12mil wooden dowel screwed to the base plate over that. Are you going to try and do a cake version of Bluey’s house next? I’ve never used the type of edible paint you used, I’ve always airbrushed. So it was educational for me to see you do that, as when I first saw the cake I assumed the decoration was done using coloured fondant/modelling chocolate.
