I sobbed terribly at this scene and episode 15. I love this drama, like how I can rewatch Full House, Moon Embracing the Sun, Love in the Moonlight, Reply 1988, Dr. Romantic, Legend of the Blue Sea, Goblin, Weightlifting Fairy, Mr. Queen, etc., over and over again so is this drama as if I’m watching it for the first time. This drama has now been added to my list of timeless dramas.

@@heidytatianagr4581 it’s not about clichés. Plenty of drama have cliches. It’s just that this particular scene was particularly bad. Him saving her and disappearing in ashes or whatever would’ve worked well in that gas station scene right after she sacrificed herself to save him. This was just completely unnecessary and rather unnatural. She was dumb to jump in front of him. He’s literally un-killable. It seems so forced as if they wanted to make an emotional impact but were unable to. It’s like a cheap remake of the Goblin scene which made a huge impact. Either way personally the story slowly started becoming boring after whole gas station thing. It’s like two different people wrote the episodes before and after it.

Goblin and My Demon have almost the same concept but different way of telling it to the viewers. I love Goblin so much that I easily fell hard in love with My Demon - especially that the actors all did an AMAZING job of portraying their characters and Songkang & Yoojung's chemistry is A CHEF'S KISS! Being a villain with a mental illness is very hard to act but they all pulled it off with flying colors! This scene of spontaneous combustion looks similar to Goblin - is that because they have the same director of photography. So I feel bad if people compare both shows negatively. I understand that some parts of the series feels unnecessary or doesn't looks so realistic (e.g. Dohee taking the shot knowing that Guwon can heal himself, Suhkmin's unreal escapes from death, etc), but hey this is a fantasy drama. Realistically not all can be realistic. I have to admit that I did tried thinking the same way as the writers about certain scenes and I was able to get their sense because of how they portray humans and the power of passion. I thought this drama would be predictable but it really isn't. So many twists the writers made my mind work hard haha!! ✨️

Dohee didn't let the fate repeat. She knew if he killed Seokmin he would combust. So she hugged Guwon & came in between him & Seokmin. Seokmin shot Dohee instead. The amount of times they were ready to sacrifice themselves for each other

@@xannn01 Beauty is subjective. It's just that one person can feel different with the other person towards any drama. I don't think we have to be technical about this. :) I love this drama too - as I felt really comforted when I watch this during my hard times. Feelings aside, I like this kind of concept and the actors really did a great job portraying their characters. If I would be technical enough, yes the writing isn't perfect (just like all other dramas) but I found something unique with its writing that made me want to watch more and repeat this drama :D

This episode they really apply methology, many asked how sokmin still alive, but when guwon was in the clock tower holding sokmin when he jump guwon's hand with the tattoo still extending it mean somehow he managed to stop him hitting the ground to die because if that happened that time he will combust bec he died in his hands, then this episode many asked why he still alive after that big concrete, guwon was a demon his ability to heal can apply to this too, sukmin might die too if he will just leave him that, so somehow he heal him without knowing the consequences, dohee's love to guwon is just so amazing that she will always protect him with all her might and the result will be losing him in the process too❤❤❤❤...my demon actually is a story between reality and fantasy, in reality as a person we always do everything for the people we love the most. I love the methology side of this, the ring of guwon is a symbol of him when a myth creature died they always left something that part of them, it called the spoilt of war, in guwon part it was the ring, it's a sign of his eternal love for his wife❤❤❤❤
