What I loved about this fight scene is that they really went all in, no hesitation till the fight ended. She killed who needs to be killed even if it meant killing her friend.

This is the thing none of them were thinking ahead (not just them thinking that Boksoon can overcome them) hence their lower position at the other companies. This kind of offer is 'iffy' to say the least, because it's being offered to ppl outside the MK in such a manner--no paperwork done, etc, just a director talking, and there's no recording too, to prove it-- Boksoon tried to talk them out of attacking her at first (until the joint owner attacked her first). I mean, the other companies may get upset at MK and another possibility would be Director Chang can also deny this type of offer exist (kill bookson and you'd be in MK, starting from class B) and request the other companies for compensation for having Boksoon murdered (this is a scenario IF they managed to eliminate Bookson, but they couldn't). Since Bookson killed all the people attacking her, Chang murdered the intern and covered up the whole thing anyway. So the offer, imo, was very very 'iffy' and was clearly just to entice them to react/murder thoughtlessly. Too bad none of them really thought things through (in exception of the intern, but she's done anyway).

The way she kills Heesung was weird. Blade to the lung on his right side? That’s not a kill, just a collapsed lung. It should be his left most center upper chest area to get the heart. That’s really basic shit

Im not sure but i assumed that she stabbed heesung on axillary area not on the lung which is fatal. if you hit one of the major axillary artery then you will be dead within 1-2 minutes.
