I’m from a small town in Texas, pretty much in the middle of nowhere and I’m moving to Boston. It’s like another world. 😂

Boston gives a very amazing memory to me. I stayed around MA for six months. Long time ago, in 1991 when I was still young. May be some of you even haven't birthed yet. My apt was in windsor garden at the south of Boston. I catched Franklin lines which only makes stops in my halt in the morning. I made some more visits to US later but Boston is a memorable one.

I'm so old that I can remember when the tallest building in BOSTON was the CUSTOM HOUSE clock tower........When Logan airport was called the EAST BOSTON airport ..........When all rides on the BOSTON ELEVATED RAILWAY were a nickle.....When GOVERNMENT Plaza was called SCOLLEY square and had Burlesque Theaters for entainment..........When JORDANS and FILENES were the best and busiest retail stores in all of Massachusetts......When CITY POINT had a long fishing pier running along the side of CASTLE ISLAND for people to fish and catch crabs off of.......When CITY POINT ALSO had a wonderful multi - building AQUARIUM.......When LOGAN airport was wide open for passengers to walk to their airplanes which were powered by propellers, not jet engines......WHEW !....I'm now 90....

I love seeing when people from different countries enjoy taking a look at mine because I definitely feel the same! Also I've never been to Boston so this is neat. People really don't understand how big America is lol. I showed my Irish friend on a map the distance between my city and Boston and he said "Well it doesn't look very far" and I had to explain that it was over 600 miles (965 km) away and would take me about 9 hours to get there by car.

I grew up in boston, do you notice people not walking around in fear? A city is not only beautiful by its architecture, but by its inhabitants! although I do love the architecture, we have lost so many beautiful buildings from when I was kid , I'm 65 and I love the tourists ! It makes me proud that people want to come and experience what I have I have my entire life
