It's true that what they say "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger". Every single narcissist I have come across in my life has made me stronger or better in some way. Every single one of them taught me something valuable, in one way or another. It didn't seem like it at the time, while you're walking through hell, and you're on fire and in pain, but after you come out on the other side and look back at all you've endured, and still survived. If you go through hell with a demon and you survive, there's VERY little that can scare you in this life. The Lord is my God, Jesus is my King and all the angels have my back here on Earth. I fear NOTHING from my enemy who is foolish enough to seek to destroy me now, and I can see them coming from a mile away. 💪👼⚔️💖🌟

Lost my peace, time, and for a short time I questioned my self-worth, dealing with that downgrade. But won't GOD DO IT! I got it all back and then some. It was a hard lesson to learn, but I am now grateful for the self-awareness it lit inside of me. Never again will I surrender my power to ANYBODY! I’ve forgiven myself finally ! Like REALLY!!! I didn’t understand what narcissism was when I met him ! He swept me up FAST !! But this was my parents dynamic and also his parents dynamic !!! YESSSSSS! I love your energy! He only killed something inside of me that needed to die! My insecurities, my people pleasing habits and fear of abandonment. He brought out so many unknown wounds I had within me. Psychotherapy taught me that my mother is also a narc. I am now healing from my childhood wounds. Learning to love myself and see my own worth for the first time in my life. He is most definitely making me in to a better person - loving myself so I can find the right man!

Just listening to this video & was it ever validating! I walked away from that man, married 18 months & so in love with him… And it seemed like forever til the trauma bond broke, but then I saw him for what he really is. I was physically sick, emotionally broken & then after he emptied out our bank account, I was financially strapped for 6 months. But BAY-BEH!!! At 63, I took a travel nurse position and moved to Connecticut and started a new life!! Thriving without. That. BIRD.

I have came across 2 male narcissists in my life. And believe me, they have all alleviated in life and I was left to pick up the shattered pieces of my self-confidence. Since 2022, I was so focused in my Uni class and they would have a problem with that. Failed due to financial issues and had to come back and the same narcissist in 2023 became my student counsellor. Met another narc last year, and this year, he's my student counsellor. The cycle just goes on and on and it's breaking me, every single day and some nights, when I'm strong enough, I do manage to sleep peacefully, but it's probably one night per week. He dragged me down, told me that I couldn't comprehend the information pertaining to our course. These guys have taken every single spark of determination away from me and in the end, I just sat alone, watching my life pass me by. And I also have to deal with my narc this year (2024).

My experience with IT made me get myself together and address some issues from within I’m almost finished school thanks to IT I’m not a dum dusty bum ugly b.... like I was called every other day god bless you I even removed some IT so call friends these things are demons . I’m so much happier and at peace now thanks to these videos , I didn’t know my own strength I had no peace just confusion and abuse no thx I’ll pass
