However, my Dell 2023 XPS 15 9530 (FHD screen for battery life) has 64GB of RAM (and dual SSDs). While 64GB of RAM is overkill for now, the Edge's 16GB would be too low for me (not to mention a big downgrade). Nice battery life! I do a lot of writing and photo processing, so that big touchpad is going to be a dealbreaker for me. But yeah, I think there should be more options for ports on both sides, I can see how that would make it more difficult to cram everything into the chassis. Bigger isn't a problem for me because I love the nice screen real estate. My laptop is for working on, the entertainment options aren't all that important, but I can see how that would be an important aspect for gamers. As I move into making more videos, the camera recording options could prove valuable. Having a touchscreen on a laptop hasn't really been something I use as much as I thought I would, but my laptop is a 2-in-one and that's when I use it most. Also, being a 2-in-one, it lays flat for me to share something with someone on the other side of the table. The Galaxy share stuff is pretty cool, similar to how we can share stuff between Apple devices. Great review, very valuable stuff.

very good flagship device for the business person on the go or creators in the mix creating content for viewers all around the world. My question that I have not dived into is its full compatibility with the windows eco system is to question but knowing windows they would-ed licence and per-mote if it was not fully capable.

Thank you. That touchpad looks obnoxious. I currently have an HP laptop, which is struggling, but I also have a Samsung phone, watch, and earbuds. Two of my adult kids have iOS everything because it integrates, so I thought, why not integrate my future laptop? I'm looking seriously at a Samsung laptop. I think you've convinced me to look at the 14" model.

So, will the "Recall" feature come or not?

It will, but in a few weeks/months

I HATE touchpads that aren't centralised! It's just so aesthetically displeasing to look at. All for the sake of adding a num pad which only 0.1% of users actually need......
