I love the fake bookcase door, that's such a cool idea. I also like the minimalist decor, except for the green sofa. They should have gone with a Burgandy or dark brown colored sofa. It's amazing how many beds are in that small treehouse.

I've stayed in ever accommodation at AT besides cbeebies and splash landings. I personally prefer the enchanted village but the walk back from the park is pretty brutal.

monorail is deffo the way to go, even when the queue is really long you get through it pretty quickly then the walk back isnt half as bad, also an entrance near the rollercoaster restaurant that supposedly makes the walk very short but we couldnt find it to get in and there was no point using it to leave as we were on the otherside of the park so monorail was the quicker way. before we knew all this though we walked the whole way and itd killed us before wed even started lol. should be alot more accessible for sure

Yeah they can be upto £1300 in peak season or special events such as scarefest. The trick is to book well in advance,such as now for next summer,then you can get them for as little as £500. Don't get me wrong £500 is not cheap on the face of it,but seeing it can accommodate upto 8 people it then makes it only £62.50 per person.

Every time I've stayed at Alton, other then when I'm sleeping (Not Awake) I think i've never spent more then maybe 2 - 3 hours in the room.. You check-in after a day in the Theme Park.. Spend like 30 minutes having a s1hower then down for dinner.. Depending how quick you eat and what you do after (normally do some entertainment / drinks / arcade) back to room about 9 - 10pm and it's been a long day so hit the hay... Up in the morning and usually down for breakfast by 7.30am - 8am... At £1300 it's a lot of money vs £495 for a standard room.. It's better value if you have a large family of 8 or go with another family / friends as the treehouse supports 8 people.. so £1300 vs £1000 for two rooms.. so £300 extra.. but still hell of a lot of money. I don't understand when people have got time to use a dishwasher or why you would even want to! Isn't that the peck or staying in a hotel that you leave the dirty cups.. the rubbish.. the bedding a mess and towels on the floor and somebody does it for you.

Those treehouses cost £950 a night and I do think the are very big and well themed and kitted out but you don’t really spent much time in them to get your money’s worth at nearly a grand for one night even renting an apartment or possibly a house is cheaper Even some of the other hotel rooms are considered expensive everyone associates Alton towers with emptying your bank account but from a more reasonable room you actually get a great experience

Well they do also have accommodation to suit a wide range of price points,such as the stargazing pods. Whilst the tree houses aren't cheap,they aren't so bad when there is a load of you splitting the bill. So if 8 are sharing then it's less than £120 per person,and for that you also get an all you can eat breakfast,fast track tickets to make up for some covid restrictions,a round of crazy golf,Costa coffee,concierge service. Whilst you can find cheaper off resort,it's not the same as staying on site and you probably wouldn't get a private hot tube.
