⚪ INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup Ghee (घी)
1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp Jaggery (गूढ़)
1 Tbsp Milk (दूध)
3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (गेहूँ का आटा)
3/4 Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
1/8 Tsp Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा)
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
1 Tsp Sugar (चीनी)
⚪ BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat OTG/Convection Mode at 160°C for 10 minutes. Bake at 160°C for 10-12 minutes. Both the rods on, fan off.
Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 5 min & then at low flame for 12-15 min
