Make this 500 gm cake just for Rs. 225 which is sold in bakeries in the range of Rs. 450-500.
SERVES: 500 gm Cake
INGREDIENTS:
Cake Base:
• ½ Cup (120 ml) Milk (दूध)
• 1 Tsp (5 ml) Vinegar (सिरका/विनेगर)
• 1 Tbsp (5 gm) Milk Powder (दूध पाउडर)
• 6 Tbsp (38 gm) Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• ¼ Tsp (1.2 ml) Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
• 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Oil (तेल)
• ½ Cup (60 gm) All Purpose Flour/Maida (मैदा)
• 2 Tbsp (15 gm) Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• ½ Tsp (2 gm) Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• 1/8 Tsp (1.5 gm) Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा/मीठा सोडा)
Decoration:
• ¼ to ½ Cup (50 gm) Almonds (बादाम)
• Salt (नमक)
• ½ Cup (120 ml) Whipping Cream (व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)
• 4-5 Tsp (45-50 gm) Nutella (नटेला)
• 150 gm Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट)
• 2-3 Tsp (15 ml) Oil (तेल)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 25-30 min
• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 20-25 min
