This was my f@$kin life for 8 months solid when it came out, I was at the midnight release at GameStop with my dad my senior year of HS. Just hearing the multiplayer lobby music gets my bloodlust going like a shot of red bull to the veins. Doom is the only other game that makes me feel this way.

Man this brought me back. My first and favorite Call of Duty game. Things were simpler back then. You had everything unlocked, just needed to buy what you wanted. Simple "2 attachment, 3 perks" system, good maps, good campaign. I played the shit out of this game. Thanks for this video.

I find it theraputic seeing a new player play have fun and improve. Maybe its a weird thing but this reminds me of og cod commentaries that talked about fun or life back then but also helped casual players improve by learning from simple digestable stuff. PC version of this game is bad like BAD BAD rank or prestige resets, just like 5 servers packed and admins that restrict the way you can play... i jumped off that game not long ago and i don't regret it a shame coz the game was awesome

Me and my friend practically skipped the entirety of year 10 in high school to blast this game. I remember my dad would wake up for work, stick his head in my room at like 6am and say “are you going school?” We’d still be up playing, I’d be like “naaa” and he would call the school for me and say I’m sick. Went on for almost a year hahaha no very good parenting. I loved him for it though cos meant I could blast BO1 all day everyday 👌🏼

Wrong! The first Black Ops game was actually World at War, released in 2008, it technically comes right after Black Ops 1, when Reznov escapes Vorkuta and flees to Germany, right before WW2, which then causes him and another soldier (can't remember name) kills the Leader.

It feels like from these older games, MW2, BO1 and MW3 the flinch and hit detection are just horrendous to deal with. It doesn’t matter if you shoot first, you will die first, yet if the enemy shoots first they always win and kill you either through flinch just magically not affecting them or helping them or the hit detection being so bad it favors them and never favors you

The glitch you were talking about on five is a majorrrr nostalgia trip! You had to break specific spots on the window to get the right barriers built then you could jump on them and reach the middle table and you couldn't get hit. Times I wish we could get back😔

black ops 1 made getting unlocks and titles and whatnot fun as hell and it felt good to get them. showcase them. now in modern warefare everyone has them, battlepass calling cards, but also they aren't seen as often as they were in BO1. the gameplay of BO1 was good, better than current mw games. but the mechanics and code is definitely primitive compared to modern, of course it is lol. I'm just sick and tired of the drop shot, sliding, tac sprint, aim assist jank. Look at the aim assist in BO1 and how even on controller you have major recoil.. LOL guess modern controller gamers can't handle it.

Good times with Blops. I enjoyed MW & MW2 but Blops was so good in my opinion. I never played Blops 2 when that came out I had just moved into my first apartment so I wasn’t really playing console at the time just PC and just never got around to playing it. xDefiant is a decent game, looks good and flows fast, but I think the main issue is the sensitivity for console players, feels like it has a bit of delay no matter what settings you try. If you go to a game like the Finals, it’s snappy and responsive, like movement shooters should be. If I played xDefiant on PC I think I’d love it so much more so nothing game wise, just the response time is a small issue

The only sucky thing about this is if you start as a new player. Meaning if you buy a new ps3 and this game in this year none of your progress will save you!!! Like ever!!! if you bought a console and this game at the height of its career, obviously everything will save but now nothing will, and every time you turn it off and hop back on you start at level one and you have to redo everything again

btw you can usually kill those infection cheaters using the flamethrower keymod/underbarrel and theyll usually ragequit after a few deaths. if u happen to hop on again and dont wanna have to find a new lobby. or you could use the force host infections just to prevent others from using infections xD
