It really does showcase their personalities and even their styles even more. Suga (one of the rappers in BTS) releases solo projects under the name of AGUST D and his solo work is honestly some of my favorites. Suga has been one of my biggest inspirations in life, and one of the members whose helped me through some really bad times in my life. Especially his one song called "The Last" this song makes me cry like no tomorrow no matter how many times I've heard it and yet its always the one song that can give me so much strength. It's honestly just one of those songs you need to experience for yourself. That aside, I also highly recommend he latest song from his recent mixtape called "Daechwita" it's honestly so good. Honestly just go on the AGUST D journey. It's not a long one since he hasn't released as much solo music yet, but it's soooo worth it! RM has also released quite a lot of solo music and he's also done a lot of collaborations! I would highly recommend "Joke" from him, RM literally did the song as a "Joke" hence the title but it's also a response to people who criticized him for things like being in a KPOP group but not being able to maintain an actual flow (which is utter BS but okay sis) so in this song he focuses especially on the flow throughout the song and showcases many types of flows just to prove that he literally can do anything, and he also mocks the rappers who look down on them and he also brags about how writing the song took him barely any time and that it's easy for him to produce and write songs. Honestly the lyrics are really good, and his play with words in it is amazing. As I mentioned before RM is an amazing lyricist like he literally paints these beautiful images for you and he's just so amazing. I HIGHLY recommend listening to his playlist (well, mixtape-- but it was made to be listen as a playlist cause this boy honestly is so brilliant) called mono. some of my most favorite songs are on there "Moonchild" & "Uhgood" & "Forever Rain" are always some of my top songs. The mixtape is honestly one hell of an emotional ride, and you honestly wouldn't regret going on it. Onto the next rapper which is the sunshine of the group J-Hope! He wasn't an underground rapper like RM & Suga, instead he was an underground dancer before joining BTS. J-Hope had to literally learn how to rap when joining BTS, so everything you hear from J-Hope is what he learned from RM & Suga and from growing himself. Honestly I love J-Hope's style of rap theres just nothing quite like it, as you listen to the CYPHERS you'll notice his growth in his rapping skills and honestly it's amazing to witness. J-Hope has released a mixtape and its really good. Songs I'd recommend form him is definitely Airplane, Daydream and 1 VERSE. J-Hope's style is really unique, he's definitely one you'd have to experience for yourself to see what i mean. His songs are definitely in ways more lighthearted than the other two rappers of BTS and I think thats what makes his own works stand out so much. Their music is amazing. Yes they have songs like "Dynamite" that are meant to make you feel happy and to inspire you and feel lighthearted but their music goes beyond that. I don't even know where to begin with recommending songs honestly. All I can suggest is take the BTS journey like you did the NF journey, start at the beginning and go from there. That way you get the full experience. I also HIGHLY recommend checking out songs on the album and not always just the title tracks, the title tracks are amazing don't get me wrong but honestly there's sooooo many good songs that a lot of people miss because they never listened to the album. These seven boys and their music have honestly saved my life, and helped me through so many bad times. Just like NF has done, and I'm sure from going on the NF journey you know and understand how impactful his music is to his fans and how much his words in his songs mean. Well, BTS is just like that. Their words in their songs mean the world to their fans because they talk about real things, they don't sugarcoat it, they also inspire us to love ourselves and care about ourselves. They assure us that it's okay to have bad days, and that theres always tomorrow and although tomorrow won't guarantee a better day it guarantees a fresh start. They also assure us it's okay if we don't have a plan or we don't know what we want to do, that we are allowed to walk at our own pace and live at our own pace. Basically theres a lot to these boys and their music. Which is something people easily overlook because it's another language or something. I'm rambling again, basically go on the BTS journey you will not regret it! Once again there's a lot more, and theres also the K-Hiphop/K-Rap scene which i think you'll love. But I've literally written a whole book and I'm sorry. I'm just really passionate about my music. I really hope you see this. Once again I just want to thank you for the content you put out, I've been a fan of yours since you did the breakdown for Eminems Kamikaze album and since then you've introduced me to many other artists and even taught me many things with how you breakdown their songs.
