This is definitely reminiscent of some of the gated golf communities near Daniels Parkway and I-75 in the Fort Myers area! Two examples that come to mind are the The Club at Renaissance and Fiddlesticks Country Club. Here's some other ideas for this area: I imagine an airport based on Page Field, not too close to the nicer communities, but set back a little bit. Page Field is generally surrounded by industrial facilities (warehouses/manufacturing) so it's not too close to the nicer stuff; that said, there is a corporate office park, home to the headquarters of Chico's FAS (a women's fashion retail company) adjacent to Page Field as well. The Chico's headquarters feels a little out-of-place, as it is mostly surrounded by industrial stuff, with residential on the east. While we might have to wait for asset mods, if there's any way to do a Page Field-inspired airport with the industrial and a corporate office park, that would be pretty cool.

25:42 Golf course-oriented communities that have more than 18 holes are usually a sign that there is actually multiple courses, one I am familiar with in Phoenix has 3 courses around the community and surrounding area and has something like one 18-hole course and two 9-hole courses

This looks great! The only thing I would add is sound barriers on the highway behind the houses.

An idea that would be really cool would be for another neighborhood is to have canal homes, where you have docks and a network of canals behind all the houses that feed into the ocean.

That looks really good. Maybe try some invisible paths along each course to simulate people playing on them.

Great video! Some of those courses are way to close to the course. Those houses will be pelted by golf balls constantly

you need a pathway running to each hole from start to finish edit:good job

18 holes is key, 4 short holes(par3), 4 long holes(par 5) and 10 medium holes(par 4) is the general, this obviously varies.

Would love to see in the next video some cookie cutter subdivision that have 300-1500 homes in each one.

gotta have 18 holes if its a gated community country club you're going for

There should be some mixed housing/low rent housing near downtown instead of the outskirts

Very nice build! However for the bunkers on the course, they don’t have to be along the edges of the fairway or green, the can be in the middle as an obstacle for shots. Just saying this to add a touch more realism and functionality to your visually stunning course!
@acmuthu56098 ай бұрын
You might be able to squeeze in 1 more hole at the back right by the lake because it is quite empty.
@chrisshergie10309 ай бұрын
dont forget to split up the fairway on a couple holes, the fairway doesn't always run straight from the tee to the hole. also not every hole has a bunker also u could use terraform and plop a bunch of hills and elevations on the golf course

I’m not sure if you knew this but there is a lot of springs around Florida so my suggestion is that you should make some state parks that have natural springs in them. ❤❤

Most people in North America are oblivious to just how bad city planning is across the country compared to other developed countries. The amount of cement & pavement is ridiculous.
