For those that pause the timer and get distracted, do not beat yourself up. This takes practice, sometimes you'll only get five minutes, sometimes three, sometimes fifteen. It does get easier over time. Simply try again until you can do the 25 mins. I certainly believe in you.

To everyone who's studying with this video: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨️ • Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖 I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸

This works best for me!! I start at 6 after taking a shower and changing after school. I do half of it, 2 work sessions and 2 rest sessions. I pause and do the rest of the night routine (eat, skincare, etc) and take a half hour/ hour break. I come back refreshed and finish the rest. I end about 9 oclock with enough time to laze around until 10 oclock when I sleep. I only ever get so much rest as a highschool student- and I want to balance my sleeping schedule, my pastimes, and my studies after a hard day at school. Remember, 8 hours of rest is advised for teens. After learning for more than 8 hours everyday (+2 hours studying) , it should be balanced out with adequate sleep at night. Take care of yourselves!

To everyone who's studying with this timer: Checklist: 1) A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 2)Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 3)Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake anyone up🎧 3) A tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake(I usaully prefer coffee), green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ 4) Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need.⌨ 5) Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, keeping yourself warm all the time isn't bad! a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy!!! 🐈 6) Remember you'll be hungry so grab some snack too! Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. yup You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. +plus dont overwork yourself! I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight ( This comment isn't originally mine, but I think it can help a lot of people :D )

Unironically helped using the video. First time I properly got to experience the Pomodoro technique. It ain't too shabby.
