We did my daughters make a wish vacation in a village such as this with houses and some apartment style lodging. We were amazed that it existed. Normally we doubled up with kids in beds but having a whole villa to yourself meant everyone got their own room. We always said we would rent a house/villa if we went back

Its amazing that there werent tons of conflicts with people in and out of each others shots, talking over each others videos etc. There were times when it was like you were touring alone despite the number of people. Fantastic cooperation. This place would be like my dream vacation. I can imagine the price tag for even some of the basics hurts the wallet a bit.

Every visit to Orlando I stayed at the Villas of Grand Cypress and I loved it! I am looking forward to seeing the upgrades. The Villas were so cozy but classy, I couldn't imagine it getting better than it was, till now. Thanks Tim for the tour!

slowly prices for the cheaper Disney hotels are coming down like All Star sports etc. I saw one for 129 tonight the other day. It used to be like $80 a night.

This is good tour as always, i like how you give tours of places, and when Jenn gives her options to in previous tours of houses and resorts. This is a goid family friendly option. We prefer staying on Disney property, because we like the transportation options, since we don't drive those roads😮 However, this is very nice houses. Way more room than we have in our own small country TN home😮😅 Nice tour and goid that they have ways to get food to there. Interesting. Be Safe Take Care 😊❤❤❤❤

In the bunk rooms that sleep up to six kids(2nd room with two double beds), there are only three cubbies. Siblings shouldn’t argue on vacay, but this set-up is a recipe for disagreements! Otherwise this looks like a lovely place to be!

thanks for the tour, those houses are really nice. On the one hand, I would really like to rent one for a family gathering. But on the other hand, I rolled my eyes because the rental market is just killing a housing availability. I cannot believe this whole complex was built and it’s only rentals it’s crazy but thanks again.

Not just rentals, but very short term rentals. It is essentially a very poorly designed hotel.

It used to be the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress some of villas and some of that infrastructure like the golf course was already there. This resort is similar to Margaritaville layout. There is no shortage of homes in Central Florida. Homes, apartments and condos are constantly being built. The traffic is proof of that. 😂

I love that they have beach wheelchairs but I do wonder how accessibility is as far as the rooms/ houses. It kind of stinks that resorts never showcase those rooms when they do media events even though accesibility information is crucial for the disabled when going on trips.
