It's almost the price of my mortgage. I could never justify that price even if I were a millionaire. Also, I know lots of people enjoy fat on their meat, but pork belly and any kind of belly is just not appetizing in any way to me, but everyone has a different palate. I can not eat fatty bacon. But I am glad you all enjoyed your meal. The best coarse to me looked like the wine. 😊

Just my opinion, but this is a splurge for a dinner on vacation that most people will never do. I LOVE that you guys did an updated V&A video! We went for the very first time in February for my mom's 60th birthday. I loved it, she thought it was too bougie. She also said her butt was numb from sitting so long 😂. My favorite course was definitely the Miyazaki. We didn't do the zero-proof or wine pairings this time, so thank you for your feedback and thoughts on those!
@megmayo7 күн бұрын
Kudos for finishing that meal! We did it about 10 years ago ( put our kids in the Kids Club at the Poly) and we could barely finish. Towards the end, we started eating just half of those tiny portions. Everything looks small, but it really adds up! We did not do the wine pairing for the reason Jen gave. The servers packed up all the extra desserts ( chocolates, macarons, etc) and put them in a bag along with some bakery items for our breakfast the next day. So lovely! I don’t know if they still do that. Also, I was chilly, and the hostess wrapped me in a cashmere shawl. It was really a special night! Well worth the $$$!

My fiancé and I went back in June as a once in a lifetime experience for our anniversary. It was fantastic! We were nervous like Jen was during her first visit. But, a few courses in we became more comfortable and our servers were amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone who can afford it…or save up like we did. Probably should mention that reservations are VERY difficult to get. I was up at the crack of dawn for months trying to get one on the app and finally got lucky to have it during our anniversary month. We have been on several Disney cruises and have yet to experience Remy, but it is on our list for our upcoming Honeymoon cruise in November (we are getting married in October 2025).
