Look into a Heat Pump Water heater, we just got one and it’s amazing. It uses the ambient temperature of wherever you have it to help heat the water, the bonus of that is that it cools off our garage, while saving 300 bucks a year in electricity.

I am one of those people that went in for a regular scan and found out we were having identical TWINS! We were pregnant at the same time you were with Jackson and I’m 28 weeks with the twin boys right now. Very exciting!!

I really love these updates, because I remember the q & a vlog outside on a nature walk talking about wanting to be parents, and here you are waiting for a second smol human! Tim I love the Labyrinth Easter egg! I apologize if you already know this Jenn, but be sure to try and lay on your left side as often as possible, because it relieves pressure on the vagus nerve, and helps with overall cardiovascular, Lymphatic, and gastrointestinal health :) I'm so glad that Jackson is in gymnastics! It helps so much with developing motor and social skills It does scare me a little when I think about when we will finally be able to buy a house someday, it does seem very stressful to keep up with everything. I worry I will be easily swindled because I'm autistic and don't always understand how things work and might pay more :( Ya'll are pros though, don't know how you do it!

I live 3 hours south of you. We had well. What we did was a reverse osmosis system with the solar panel. It was amazing. We could actually drink from the tap. I highly recommend looking into it.

Ooo. A home vlog where you show off and talk about your solar array would be pretty interesting. We're up here in the PNW prepping for our own off-grid solar power, not as much sun as Florida, but enough to keep a 1800 sq ft home powered in the winter with enough panels (bifacial for us) and a couple of inverters set up to a battery wall.

Had solar in Arizona was great that power company was crediting us for power my system was producing,only issue I had was having to get solar company to install bird netting around my panels to keep birds out from nesting at night sounded like they were having a wild party 🎉

I’ve been working in Solar for 4 years - good choice not going with the Tesla PW! Not a bad product, but there are better products on the market and their customer service is below par. Also, make sure you confirm with your sales rep that your battery can do whole home backup!! Most can only carry essential loads UNLESS you specifically ask for it😅 the panels need to be connected to produce power and your parents may have different electrical needs so they may not need as many (or may need more) panels. Tell them to try microinverters instead (much better than a central inverter and easier maintenance). Essentially, when one micro goes out, it only causes loss of power from one panel, not the entire system. Congrats on your new system, new baby and a new year!

And jumping back to the live show topic of the Eufy monitor Jenn, you’re not alone hearing eerie sounds on it! We had one and it worked so good, then bought another when we had our second recently and I could swear I’d hear a grumbly guy on it which was horrifying and I was ready to call the ghost hunters! After a week of sleepless nights I shut the dohm white noise machine off and no more guy which was a huge relief! But no I’m not crazy about the new eufy, the sound is terrible too

Hi! Just wanted to say that I put my daughter in dance when she was three and she still dances at 20 years old. The coordination the kids learn in gymnastics and dance etc., really help them in all areas. Like with not being shy. I think it helps them to thrive in all areas of learning and life. P.S. My grocery store carries purple carrot products. Love them.

In the UK we only get two scans one at 12 weeks and one at 20 weeks the only other time you would get another scan is if there are any complications like my belly wasn't meshureing right so i had to have a growth scan turned out he has stopped growing and i was induced the next morning

I find the solar power very interesting. I would love to know how you like your new setup once it’s up and running. My parents have been wanting to get solar panels on there home. What company do you have your solar panels through. If you are uncomfortable saying I understand. The only thing that’s giving them hesitation on getting solar is the possibility of getting scammed by a solar company. There are so many solar companies out there and some kinda seem shady.

I still can’t believe your due in March we are due our first baby in March too we are so excited we are coming up to 19 weeks and I’ve been so uncomfortable sleeping as the baby seems to be low down in my pelvic area which is causing some discomfort as it makes me need the loo constantly so I’m not sleeping well and I can’t bend down to do much as it hurts as there is a lot of pressure but hey I can’t complain I’m so excited as we are doing up our nursery each weekend at the moment getting it done bit by bit xx
