Pocahontas was so amazing with my little girl AND OLDER sons. She talked about nature with them and got them engaged, amazing. Like it wasn't just cool to meet her, we met everyone, it felt like we got dropped into her story and hung out. Second best was meeting Gaston who managed to see how brave my daughter was in telling him he needed to be nicer and him getting very repentant and telling her he would try. Both truly magical. I miss Gaston but it looks like Pocahontas is having just as much fun on her canoe playing with the kids from afar. I mean, she is just around the river bend.

I love watching Jackson grow up! Also, I CANNOT handle the sound of babies crying. And I think it's even worse when you have a little one of your own. We're wired to be alarmed by it! I totally get Jen's feelings about that piped in ambiance!

I live in Augusta and the people that make the snow flakes are the sweetest people . They get so much joy out of making the snowflakes. Some of the people have worked at the Augusta trading facility for years and years and never miss a day ❤️

My son had baby RayBans too! Most parents don’t put sunglasses on their kids when they have them on themselves. I also went through a lot to finally get my son. We adopted. Turned out fantastic. He grew in my heart instead of in my “tummy.” Between now and 3 years old will truly be the most fun you will have!! Can’t wait to relive it with you three.

It’s funny as eating at Disney has never been something we took time to do but if I go alone again sometime I would certainly take the time and spend the $$$ to try their treats. Honestly, just being there to walk around with the music and scenery is enough after decades of park going. And having food and facilities all around is an incredible value! Something a day of walking in a natural park doesn’t have! Yes, it’s pricey, but worth it on an uncrowded day!

We saw Santa at Disney Springs while eating at Paddlefish! It was so fun! Also, we bought that same train about 5 years ago at Disney and our son still loves it and he's 5 now! It looks so good around the Christmas tree :)
