Best Disney Holiday Snack & Treat Day At Magic Kingdom!! | Spicy Sandwich, Yule Log & Enchanted Tree

In today's vlog we head to Disney World's Magic Kingdom for a day of Christmas cheer & holiday snacks! We tried 3 holiday themed food items and we loved them all! We started with the Spice Up Your Holiday Spicy Chicken Sandwich at Cosmic Ray's in Tomorrowland and we both LOVED it! It was a fried chicken breast topped with a siracha aioli pickle slaw. It was so so good and we hope to see it on their menu again after the holiday season! Then we tried Belle's Enchanted Christmas Tree at Gaston's Tavern. It was a tower of almond macaron cookies with a surprise raspberry filling and frosting garland. We didn't think this treat was worth the price but we did think it was pretty tasty! Lastly we tried the Yuletide Wishes Yule Log chocolate dessert from Pinocchio's Village Haus and that was a favorite of the day for sure! It was so rich and moist. It had such a great chocolate flavor and was a great sharable item. This was definitely worth the $5 price and we will 100% be ordering this one again! We also got to check out the Rivers of America refurbishment project, we could see the new track that was being put in as the body of water was drained. We checked out wait times and line lengths and even caught some character cavalcades before calling it a day! We had one of the best Disney World foodie days that we've had in a while and we hope you enjoyed hanging out with us at Magic Kingdom today! Thank you so much for raising awareness for Crohns. My husband suffers with it and although it’s now under control he was very poorly and was hospitalised with it. I hope they find a cure some day as I have seen what it can do to people... Thank you for your videos, they brighten up my day and I can’t wait to come back in 2022 with my family. We had to cancel our 2021 trip as we didn’t know what COVID would be like and my husband as a weakened immune system due to his crohns. Thank you Tim and Jen for talking about Crohn's and Colitis. I was diagnosed in 2012 with Crohn's and it was a battle to get diagnosed. I've had multiple surgeries and when I was at my worst, I was on a ton of medication. I am now doing much better, but Crohn's is a daily struggle. Thanks again! Love the vid today!! Magic Kingdom is so magical, however with more crowds, Disney needs to bring back Fast Pass and still enforce distance. Jackson walking down Main Street with Daddy Tim and looking back to find Momma Jenn, priceless 😊. If I could eat spicy food , I definitely would eat the chicken sandwich. There is a beautiful historic house in our town that has pineapples carved into the wooden banister and trim throughout the house and on the tour, they always point them out and tell us that pineapples signify hospitality. I have never been to Disney at Christmas, and I really want to go so I can try all these wonderful treats!

Pineapples in colonial America were a sign of welcome from when the men of the family were back home from their travels to/from the Caribbean for trade. They set out a pineapple outside the home which told everyone in town that they were welcoming visitors to their home again. In the south lots of families still use pineapples in outdoor decor/above their doors as an old tradition of welcome.
