On the LG washer check your washer to see if you have a Hose Clamp or Glue on the inbound side of the discharge pump. If so, that is not a factory connection. There is not supposed to be any Glue or Hose Clamps on anything according to LG. Squeeze clamps only. Most of the LG washers had to be reconditioned, then sold as new. The hose is 2 inches too short and the travel of the tank, to offset a lopsided load, will one day rip that hose off. I repaced 12" of drywall in my whole washroom. Contact the FTC.

Im so confus3 to operate it. Since we dont have a standing water pipe. I just put some clothes and pour 1 bucket of water manually and spreaded detergent . and it didnt even spin or work . Hi i have 7kg LG automatic washing machine, when I press TUB cleaning, after 30mins, it stopped working (idle) then it switched off. Is it broken? I have a small laundry business. Currently I'm using manual 2 tubes (separate wash and spin tubes) top loading machines and automatic front loading machines. Since some of my customers have really dirty laundry, I still need those manual machines since they are more effective to clean and have more capacity than automatic front loading machines (and the price per capacity is more economical too). On the other side, manual machines need more man power to fill water, rinse, move the laundry to spin tube etc, while I don't want to add more employee because it would reduce my profit which is not so much now. I think I could use automatic top loading washing machines to solve my problem. But there is a question about it : how effective is automatic top loading washing machine compared to 2 tubes top loading manual washing machine? Btw here in Indonesia, a lot of small laundry business charge their customer based on weight +/- 0.48 USD per kg of dirty laundry weight (usually for customers daily cloths) while we also charge the laundry per item for such bed covers, suites, gowns, shirts, bags etc.
