I heard they are hiring English teachers in Vietnam... we pay competitive money, and you get 2 hours a week off. Once a month you are treated to free lunch of half banh mi to share with another teacher. The second half of banh mi can buy at half price if you want for yourself.

Next time, try banh xeo, bun rieu, bo kho, banh cuon, bun thit nuong, bun cha, bo luc lac, bo ne, etc. Also give the coconut, salt, peanut, and yogurt coffees a try. The sugarcane juices mixed with various fruits are good.
