Ahhh this is so nice to watch because in Mexico it feels like Christmas hasn´t really come yet haha. YUM all the cakes look so tasty. Munsterplatz looks absolutely STUNNING - all those lights, decorations and ofc the music choice has us feeling warm. I love how everyone is just out and about in the cold eating and drinking and lapping up the holiday season! Thank you for bringing us ALL the festival cheer! Really loved it

Wow quite a lot of Christmas Markets. Early too. They just opened he one in Paris yesterday right before I left. These look much more traditional than the Paris one. Oh that donut looked so good. This gets me exited for my own Christmas Market travels. The craftsmanship at some of those stalls is fantastic. Mmm fondue 🫕❤😋. Oh I love the food stalls at Christmas Markets.

A wonderful presentation of one of my favorite cities in Switzerland! A good place to learn one of the many Swiss German Dialects. I need to thank a few other Swiss YTers from Basel for helping me keep their local dialect skills going. Namely Adi at his YT Adissimo account and Lionel at his YT account. Then very much appreciated are all of those merchants standing in their stall in the cold, day and night, for allowing the Christmas Shoppers to have their Holidays a bit better.

You need to be vaccinated, recovered or tested in the inside (restaurants, bowling center etc.) and as well for the market. You can make tests at Pharmacies. When you just go inside a shop to buy clothes etc. or inside a restaurant to order take away, you dont need certificate. For train you dont need it neither. Bars are open, restaurants as well as I said, but party and disco not so much. If you have further questions feel free to ask (;

Take train (every half an hour) from Zurich Airport Train Station via Zurich Main Station (Zurich HB) to Basel SBB. Or from Lucerne Train Station directly to Basel SBB (hourly). Both trips take about 1 hour per ride.

Depends very much if youre in the mountains or in the cities. The cities (Geneva, Zurich, Bern, Basel) Don't often get much snow and have relatively mild winters. Up in the mountain villages you'll have plenty of snow, wind, and often below-freezing temps.
