This must be implemented through out India. Also slow drivers must also occupy left most lane irrespective of the category of vehicle. All these things must be taught at the time of issuing licenses. Death penalty must be given to all those drivers who drive against the flow of traffic. Also authorities must ensure that driving licenses are not sold but issued to deserved drivers.

This is seriously ridiculous Have you ever driven a loaded commercial vehicle ?? Its not possible in India to drive a commercial vehicle in left lane, where people in the left lane in their cars, two wheelers and other private vehicles don't know either to apply brakes first or to look into their orvm and irvm first. In those cases its tooooo difficult to stop the loaded commercial vehicle again and again...... Grab some ground level knowledge... Plzzz

The main problem driving in the slowest left lane is there are all sorts of slow vehicles like 2 wheelers, auto rickshaw 🛺, causing obstructions and road hazards. I have even seen vehicles driving on the wrong side on highways in the left lane!! These are serious accident reasons. Driving a loaded truck on left lane is almost impossible in Indian roads. Mr. Ignorant minister, first address the root cause. Restrict highway use of slow 2 wheelers and 3 wheelers and force them to use service roads. If service roads are not there, build them first. Clearly indicate traffic lane signs boards . Then enforce your laws.
