Few things i loved about this episode: How Khalid Farhan Bhaiya shared about his plans about converting his channel into English content followed by Enayet bhaiya and Sadman Bhaiya's great insights about it... Sadman Bhaiya's stance on getting into controversies was so on point that I absolutely agree with whatever he said!! "Choose your Paddles wisely" And obviously Enayet Bhaiya was absolutely right that one person regardless of their age, good deeds, are not allowed to do anything bad to someone...

This season is the best for standing strong on points...I have faced horrifying things from a teacher in a board exam that still haunts me, so I know how it ruins a dream, the vacation after exams and a normal mental state!!So even though I'm a fan of both side, I won't ever support it, Thanks to this TRIO for being honest and not spineless..Only by respectively and boldly rectifying elders, we can make a better place for the next generations.

I find it quite ironic je the same person who talks so much about relationships and mental health online, when presented with a discussion where students are finally speaking up about the shit they faced during their student life, conveniently decided all of that was invalid because it's an elderly person in the question and he must be respected no matter what. Didn't take the time to think how common it really is for teachers to abuse their power position and went on and on defending her father in law and also mass generalizing influencers as 'spineles'. These are the people who love to talk about change but when their idea of a civil society is challenged suddenly they are going batshit crazy on how the young generation is fucked. Really fascinating stuff.

It's less about maybe him being innocent and more about Dr. Sushma's incredibly dismissive, offensive and invalidating status. If she's so confident he was treating the students accordingly she could've stated that respectfully and potentially cleared up the whole issue but she decided to be defensive and totally steered away from the main issue and wrote paragraphs about how the younger generations are fucked, repeatedly emphasized on how her father in law should be respected because of his age, vilified and disrespected other creators(as if respect is something only her family deserves) while also painting Enayet bhai and Farhan bhai as this ruthless bully . Meanwhile simultaneously failed to acknowledge how she was being unnecessarily dramatic too lmao. Her ultra defensive mode just shows there's potentially some skeletons in the closet. Otherwise why pick fights over false accusations? No need to write another essay saying the same things, i understand your point but that is simply not relevant here. This situation was unnecessarily turned into a mud throwing battle by Sushma Reza. That is more or less what i am pissed about.

Absolutely agree with Enayet bhaiya on this one. Everyone no matter their age should be called out on their bullshit regardless of how great and 'ethical' of a person you are in your personal life. You can't invalidate the harassment or misbehavior the students faced in an attempt to protect someone just because they are 'elderly people'. High time we get out of this backwards thinking process. This is not to say don't respect elderly people, but at the same time if you start calling people Spineless and posting long ass essays just because you got exposed for the misbehaviors you did that's not a good look either.

ভাই, ক্লাসরুমে সিসিটিভি বসানোর একটা ঝামেলা আছে। নরমালি একটা টিচার আর ছাত্রদের মধ্যে আলাদা একটা ওয়েব লেংথ (ইমোশনের) থাকে। যেটা আপনি সহজে ধরতে পারবেন না বাইরে থেকে unless আপনি নিজে ওই দুইপক্ষের একজন হোন। উদাহরণ হিসেবে হচ্ছে, এমন অনেক টিচার বা স্টুডেন্ট আছে যারা সম্পূর্ণ ডিফারেন্ট পারসোনা ধারণ করেন যখন পড়ান বা পড়েন than যখন অন্য কেউ থাকে বা সার্ভেইলেন্স হয়। তো ধরেন এই টিচার বুঝানোর সময় এমন একটা এনালোজি দিলো যেটা আপনার মনে হবে ইরেলেভেন্ট (বাইরে থেকে দেখলে), কিন্তু আসলে রিলেভেন্ট। এখন যদি সার্ভেইলেন্স শুরু হয়, এই সময়ে ওই টিচার বা স্টুডেন্ট গুলো দ্বিধায় ভুগবে। আমি পজেটিভ পারসোনার সাইডটা বলসি।

I want to correct Sadman bhaiya on that cultural and religious part about respecting elders. Sadman bhaiya himself admitted that both your elders & younger ones should be respected by you. In that case, if the elder person is being disrespectful or hateful towards you, I think it justifies your action to stand your grounds and fight. In my opinion jodi Farhan Bhai onar current channel English a convert kore then views dip kora shuru korbe because firstly onar channel er current audience shobai bangladeshi jara bangla te video dekha prefer korbe. Secondly, Farhan bhai bideshi audience er kache appealed hobe kina, depend korbe on the type of content he makes (assuming he will be making similar content, better ideas even), his delivery in English (assuming it's equally as good as it is in Bengali) and the quality of his video (assuming he introduces better edits, thumbnails and gimmicks), he will be just another self help, motivational channel and it will be like he is starting from the ground level. I know that Farhan bhai doesn't make videos out of enjoyment so, if he is hoping for higher views/more sponsors/revenues, it might not be the best idea to convert his current channel. Rather I'd recommend, creating a new one.

I just want to say humbly to Enayet Vaia that শুধু রাজনীতি নিয়ে কথা বললেই Spine আছে বোঝা যায়, বিষয়টা এমন না। Whoever has well defined Values by which they lead their life and create content focusing on those values are people of spine. Most of the influencers are only about popularity and money. They will do anything to gain that money or popularity or just to be safe from 'what other people will say'. Many Influencers who don’t care about Values, morality... People who don’t have a well formed philosophy of life to live by are being called as Spineless. This is what I understood. I have another observation in regards to why This Podcast has not been able to gain more subscribers. I can be wrong but this is what I think. Hopefully your podcast will get more subs in near future. You guys are amazing at pleasing everyone without taking any stance in any topic. So, people get confused what types of people you are! People likes to categorize other people according to their own criteria to feel, are they my types of people or not? But with this podcast they cannot do that. You guys talk about a lot of issues but one day you guys seems to fall in one side of the spectrum but other day you guys sounds like the opposite. But Again you are not neutral as well. On some topic, you guys strongly take a position. But this position you take is a safe universal position on which almost all people agree. (I mean you don’t keep the neutrality constant... neutral when it is easy to be neutral... Just saying as a well wisher Not to be harsh) All these things confuse people to categorize you. Are you my kind of people or not!! This is an honest and sincere observation. Hope you guys will understand what I am trying to say even if I may not have articulated it very well. Best.

নিরপেক্ষ মানুষের পার্সপেক্টিভ থেকে আমার মনে হয় recieving পার্টি থেকে যেমন response আসছে এমন রেসপন্স আসলে কাম্য ছিল না , তেমন ই মনে হয় এই রেসপন্স নিয়ে Trinomial Podcast group এর member রা যেভাবে জল ঘোলঘুলি করছে, যেভাবে লম্বা লম্বা কমেন্ট, status মেরে ব্যাপারটাকে বিশাল আকারে continue করছে সেটাও situation টাকে আরো বেশি ফলতামি এর পর্যায়ে নিয়ে গেছে। আমার timeline surprisingly গতকাল ভোরে গেছে Trinomial পডকাস্ট এর এই controversey রিলেটেড পোস্ট এ, বাধ্য হয়ে Show Less option enable করছি পরে। অনেক গ্রুপ মেম্বার ই আলাদা attention এ আসার try করছে বা করবে এই সিচুয়েশন রিলেটেড লম্বা লম্বা স্টেটাস কন্টিনিউ করে বা meme বানিয়ে। To them, stop wasting your time on this matter and move on with more important aspects of your life. 1:17:00 আর এনায়েত ভাই , With due respect, আপনার নিজের মতামত দেয়া আর গ্রাউন্ড হলড করার রাইট অবশ্যই আছে। কিন্তু আপনি এখন এমন একটা stage এ আছেন যেখানে কোনো conclusion আরো calculatively প্রেসেন্ট করা উচিত আপনার যেটা ফারহান এবং সাদমান ব্রো করেন। নেগেটিভ কোনো রেসপন্স এর এগেইনস্ট এ ground hold করা মানে এই না ওই issue টা continue করে যেতে হবে যেটা নিয়ে এনায়েত ভাই আজকেও হালকা খোঁচাখুঁচি করছেন।

@trinomial podcast আমার মনে হয় ইংরেজিতে কন্টেন্ট বানানোর সবচেয়ে ভাল এক্সাম্পল হতে পারে নাদির(nadir on the go) ভাই।সে প্রথম থেকেই ইংরেজিতে বানাইতেছিল,সেদিক থেকে চিন্তা করলে খুব বেশি ভিউ কিন্তু নাই ইংরেজি চ্যানেলে। আবার যারা দেখে তারা বেশির ভাগ বাঙালি। কিনবা বিডি ক্রিয়েটর zee.এখন খুব বেশি ভিউ কেন যানি নাই।এই নিয়ে এনায়াত ভাই একটা বিস্তারিত ভিডিও বানাইতে পারেন।
