Happy Birthday Troop! I ended up with a place to house business and resident. 3 bed/2bath 1500 sq ft - 3500 sq business metal building. Completely finished inside. No commute to work each day and one overhead. Houses my game 2 days a week, my pool table store and our home. Kinda like the old fashion storekeepers that lived in the back of their store. I have back orders going back before Black Friday on inventory I needed December 1. Message received. I’m planning on December 25th back on November 1st. I’d say it’s worth it to do the Enchant thing. Just make a month’s worth of pralines on Thanksgiving at home. Never trust a landlord. I like mine and don’t trust them. Happy Birthday. 🎉

I will say - your Cashew Brittle is the best I've had. I ordered your marshmallows just for the heck of it - and I do not like marshmallows -- your product changed my mind. I discovered marshmallows are good when made like you do - and you nailed it. The chocolate were amazing - so were the vanilla. In a couple weeks, we're going to order the strawberry cheesecake and the cinnamon (and remember - this is from someone who didn't like marshmallows until he had yours).

Get a real kitchen with an honest landlord. Stop doing the cooking yourself. Hire someone for minimum wage to do it. Not like it takes a special skill. Use the time saved to focus on the business finances and prospects.

Terrible advice! Product is king. If anything get a rep group to start pushing at retail. You control the product being perfect and they sell your product to buyers for 5-10% of cogs.

Hi Troop. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it, right? All lessons learned for sure. I know troop does what he does but a few ideas for 2025: don’t underestimate the power of crowdfunding I.e. go fund me. It could have taken care of the $4k cost to enchantment, the cost of new equipment, and such without loan interests and multiple ways for rewards back. You’re in a great position for this and have supporters who would love to help you succeed. Second, 4 hours of sleep a night, admirable, is not sustainable. There will be a crash and burn at some point. Got to bite the bullet and hire an employee or employees at some point. At least for the more labor intensive stuff. Not sure the next step, maybe a small brick and mortar somewhere. Could start crowdfunding for it. I have no doubt sparkli will succeed because of the work ethic and drive of its owners. Time to start thinking outside the box. Cheers and here is to a great 2025 🎉 🥂
