You’re right, it’s kind of weird that they don’t make the connection between Izzie and the dead fiancé. They all definitely know that she killed a patient. One of them yelled about that in the episode where the interns are punished for doing surgery on themselves. So they know that, and I would assume they have somehow gathered all the details/gossip. Because wouldn’t you? 😅
