True.. thanks to the channel owner who collects and upload these insightful recordings.. just make sure you don't waste 6 figures on pledges or pay 500$ a clip for Kapil Gupta..

Truth... You WILL experience the sort of freedom and peace that cannot be described in words. I believe I will have to listen to this several more times - since I came to it from a Buddhist/Stoic collection of "beliefs"...

People think they move through time, always changing. Wrong. Time moves through us. Like a cold wind, slowly stealing our warmth as we desperately cling to.

Whenever I hear Kapil, I want to close the video. Because I know he speaks the truth and my mind wants not to hear the uncomfortable truth

How does truth make you feel uncomfortable, when it's the only thing that humans are truly addicted to?

This information is profound. None the less for the uncultivated mind being able to turn off thoughts at will can only come after many hours of meditation. The brain changes with meditation and when the neurochemistry and networking is not right. No one can shut off thought at will. I agree with about 80% of what Kapil says but I’m not sure if he understands how messed up and deluded society is and how damaged our brains are from decades of stress, worry, improper diet, lack of exercise, etc. I have no issue with practice. We do have to cultivate the mind to make it mailable.

The proof is in the pudding. Or. Try it and see whether it is a belief or it is true regardless.
