I’ve been having so much anxiety lately. Even in spaces created for relaxation, and that I e experienced relaxation in before, I find myself chasing every thought in my mind and incredibly restless. My shoulders are high and strained and heart feel like it’s living in my gut. Strangely I’ll maneuver throughout my day without even noticing this but every once in a while, like tonight I become extremely observant and aware of my anxiety.
