Unbelievable and fantastic to have the ability to know your defects. To correct them is blessed to say the least. I love seeing Mark Payton on this podcast. Absolutely incredible to see. Good for you Mark.

Fair play lads! Good interview. Keep up the great work. The Two Norries & The Blindboy podcasts are the best out there for help with addiction, self-help, self-awareness, depression, anxiety etc. I look forward to listening every week and I would recommend everyone listens to these 2 podcasts. It’s always good to check in with yourself, if not everyday then at least 1 or 2 times per week. Listening to these podcasts will help you!
