Your videos has really inspired me to try to take back my life again. 6-7years ago i got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and my life came crumbling down. I stopped training, i started to eat junkfood and started to gain lots of wight and everything i had built up before my diagnosis was gone. A few months ago i watched my first video you had made and watching your content has made me want to start training again and not let my diagnosis define me. @@dorianrodriguez6832 you can probably already do it, I’d take a break from heavy deadlifting to focus on building some supporting muscle groups like lats, hamstrings etc. But with a 425 deadlift you’ve definitely experimenting with everything already.
