@@Dylan-pt1iv at the time he really didn't have much money or time, so his wife basically handled the housework and cooking, (which is a lot of work since he ate like 12000 calories a day), so his wife definitely was a vital part of the team, not to mention the constant encouragement she gave him during tough times as she was always supportive of him being a strongman. That being said, we can't deny the work Eddie had put in, he is the one who risked his health to win world's strongest man, and he is the one to stick with his grueling training no matter what, but his wife definitely helped him a lot, especially during his toughest time. So I do think that she helped him win world's strongest man

@Ryan Mosey thats not the point you pleb, eddie hasnt always been a multi millionaire. In the begining Alex wouldve had to do all the work she does now, without the huge house, spa, expensive cars and millions in the bank. After watching your break that punching machine, I’d be a little worried for anyone being hit by you. Have loved watching your since. First saw you on worlds strongest man in history. Was hoping for a second season but not yet. Too bad Devon couldn’t do more in the ring with Thor but goes to show it takes a lot of time and work to be properly trained to box , believe with more time Devon would have been much more effective, he’s an incredible person and a warrior in every sense of the word. Glad you are both friends your both great people and great athletes. Thanks again for everything you share! Take care, stay safe and healthy!

@@frederik0147 would you say the same to a blind person having a support dog by its side? Or perhaps Eddie trying to keep himself safe from attackers? These dogs are trained professionally and they have more compassion than many other humans do. Braindead comment. Absolutely disagree with you. Karen alert. I would feel much safer around dogs like these than the regular human walking down the streets these days of age.

Hey Eddie. Your looking much more athletic now. How do you find boxing training vs strongman? I recently started kick boxing, and i feel much better doing martial arts instead of powerlifting.
@holyromanempire3445
@holyromanempire3445 2 жыл бұрын
How is your mobility going after powerlifting? I'm also thinking about switching to martial arts after years of bodybuilding and powerlifting, but I had a tendency to go for boxing, since my muscles are completely tight and shortened from lifting and I can't get my legs over hip-height anymore so kickboxing would be hell I think
@Nate-dj9nt
@Nate-dj9nt 2 жыл бұрын
@@holyromanempire3445 mobility has been key. I had a lower back injury that led to 16 months with sciatica and 23 years of age, so I quit quite early in the sport. Eventually I switched to calisthenics which helped with mobility. It's true, kicking is a challenge after lifting and injuries, but I was surprised how quickly mobility came back with careful stretching in just 1 month.

5:45 *You don’t necessarily want high PH water.* Personally, I feel much better eating a high acidic diet (lots of red meats etc with normal water - filter out the crap), and less alkaline foods. I wonder if Eddie’s digestion if harder than normal after drinking so much high Ph water? The additional ph don’t mean much if they’re just electrifying the water (iirc).
