22:46 I get why Monty thinks thats should be the ruling for Frigid Bane but that makes no sense. It’s a magic bow that transforms the arrow into an ice arrow with magic ice. With any other weapon like a +1 bow, it would make the arrows +1 as well. Heck you all can see it on page 140 DMG. And I get this could be a homebrew rule thing but honestly with what level they are at and the monsters they face, it’s a bit unnecessary
