Changing managers has not helped since Sir Alex retired. The culture has been damaged badly and needs change and time will only fix it in my opinion. Onana was a mistake. As was Antony. Currently as was Malacia. Currently Mount was a mistake. Amrabat we can’t be sure on yet. His transfer choices are not the best. But he has no DoF. No capable ceo. No backing other than his own mind. His tactical input is solid and his detractors (from the playing staff) are over-ego’d failures who have shown their stripes under numerous other managers. Keep him and give him the opportunity to rebuild under a proper structure. Sack all the less interested/egomaniac players off and start with a group who he can trust and develop.
