Muh se nikalta dhua...dheemi dheemi baarish and garam garam khana perfect combination. Been to Manali 10 yrs ago almost as being a typical college trip stayed in hotel and had paneer almost everyday. Now I realise that I missed so much available to explore in Himachal cuisine. Thanks for this video.

The bad thing about restaurants in India back then was once done eating customers were asked to vacate the place. I have witnessed many times... very mean esp. smaller restaurants in the cities. I was shit scared so i would get out as soon as i was done. but i hope it is changed now. Last time in India i had great time though. No one asked me to leave right after paying the bill. I went to only expensive places.

Scrumptious food served on a platter, especially like marinated Trout fish, grilled chicken and authentic mutton with rice, speaks volumes of their freshness, preparation and lip smacking taste.
