Ferran is stressing this interactive creative process too much; he wants to include biochemists, philosophers, writers, doctors, financers etc. in developing an exchange of info for the food experience bartering system. Clearly he no longer just wants to provide tasty food, which is enough of a dining experience for the average person who DOES NOT have deep pockets to entertain all of this gibberish. Some of his food items included chemicals which can not be used as additives in various countries, he got away with using copious amounts of xanthan, various chemical gases, etc. for years.
