9.25 inches leaves just a sliver open. I would do 9.3 inches. You should be fine with that. =)

May be a silly question but do you use the Cricut to measure and cut the sticker label size then print the actual label using laserjet printer?

Yes, I do the design in cricut's design space. Then I send it to my inkjet printer. Once it prints, I put it on my cutting mat for my cricut to cut out the right shape. That's usually for stickers and such.
