Yeah, 2020, but a good song always will remain a good song. I've always interpreted this as the lead singer starting the narrative of a bad day, and the second singer (who comes in with those one-liners) as the "voice in the back of her head" reinforcing those sentiments. You feel the absolute worst when your "inner voice" can't help you, and even makes you feel worse. [I'm always a sucker for these well-constructed songs.]

Uggghhhhh this single is the first one I ever heard and watched the video for OnDemand LOL. I was a teenager in high school, maybe a sophomore and this was my SHIT. I still love it.
