hmm beyond the monitor being a cheaper sceptre, they are decent but low end cheaper ones usually but it fits the setup idea, that setup isn't bad. Even the mic sound wasn't bad. Its not a top end steaming setup but for what it is, that would be a great setup for starter or mid area who doesn't have the money to invest into the items that cost 500+ bucks yet :). Does show that you don't need to spend hundreds of dollars on mics/headphones/lights/etc to be able actually do any kind of streaming; always nice when people make videos showing that point, nice video :).

Oh, hey! I have those exact lights! They are an awesome and affordable stream upgrade and a great way to sort of... get your foot in the door with a more professional setup, I'll say. And it's fun to experiment with the color inserts. (Though I would suggest leaving the diffuser in there and putting the color insert over it)

I have them too but no for lighting me up. I use 2 elgato keylight airs for that. I use these as background lights for illuminating my elgato collapsible greenscreen. Works well though I will definitely be getting bigger ones down the line.

tbf, the postal company is responsible for the keyboard showing up the way it did. But i would like to see how long the response lasts on certain keys. The mic wasn't too bad, but you could fix that 'tin' sound by adding a pop filter that surrounds the mic. Honestly wasn't expecting so much light from a $20 RGB strip. If you're a first time streamer, this isn't a bad setup, since you don't know if you'll do well enough or not.

Honestly don't hate on the scepter monitors. I'm the IT guy at my work. My boss is the finance manager. I had my doubts cuz he ordered them cuz they were cheap. But honestly I'm impressed. They're pretty solid when you're on a budget. They're not going to outperform anything and to be honest I really wouldn't want to use one for gaming but in a work environment they're pretty solid. Hell I have two that I use at my desk. They get the job done and I haven't had any issues. They're a pretty solid choice if you're on a budget.

I recently bought a gamer desk, because I thought having a gamer desk was cool. I came to regret that decision. 1 - No storage for school papers, supplies e.t.c . 2 - It looks very strange. 3- The led´s on it are completly useless are barely illuminate anything. 5/10 review!

At 5:11, the keyboard is actually RGB, but you have to connect the keyboard to a USB3 socket with power output, the same goes for the mouse. I figured that out, because I bought the same keyboard+mouse set from Wish, too, but my price was only 11,95 €. I was a bit surprised when I noticed you were using the same keyboard in your great video about a cheap streaming setup.

neweer make some really good budget stuff, i actually have a pair of those neweer lights myself i use for my streaming setup, they working fantastically and about your issues with the stand, they also sell a version with some much shorter stands without the grip and wrist strap etc and the feet are a lot smaller. i think the version you got with the longer stand i think is supposed to like sit on the ground

I bought the same neewer led lights when i was attending a filmmaking class! I paid 50 euros for them, in 2019. Well, they are been extremely poor manufacturing, light and they warmed a lot 🤣 but they are okay. Also today i use them for small projects and they are incredibilly smart to use. Easy to transport, and not so Heavy with the major part of led lights. Just more a Toy, but they are okay!

My comment is late but may be relevant to someone and that is it seems to me that the Light Stands were tall enough to be placed on the floor; but not 100% sure. Also you can place some sort of box on the floor and then place the lights on that for some elevation... Just a thought...

I had that exact same gaming chair and it was awful. I broke the leg rest in like 6 months and the back support T bar that holds the top and bottom cushions together broke in less then a year, it also KILLED my back. Ended up buying an awesome office chair from offer up for $25 and is is 100x better than the gaming chair. Save your back and money and get a used office chair... trust me.

the leds should have a sticky bit on the back that needs peeling, put those round the back of the desk facing the wall. u can chop the either 3 or 4 copper connections inbetween each light
