Democrats have no evidence. This will be a mistrial in the senate. Under article 2 of the constitution it gives trump full constitutional power as commander in chief. Which is why the democrats hate Trump. Also the reason why this will be a mistrial in the senate is because in 1998 Bill clinton signed a treaty with China & Ukraine in which it allows those two countries to help the U.S. in investigating corruption & the 2016 election, which is what trump asked Ukraine to do. The ukraniane president ran on & won same as trump did hence drain the swamp. The possible reason for not mentioning "Bribery" in the Articles of Impeachment could be that given the seriousness of the charge and the consequences of that crime, a criminal investigation into the charge has been initiated. Having to publicly litigate that charge might open up some critical evidence to premature exposure and/or producing unintended consequences. Just a thought.

The question is are national emergencies contributing to problems in the U.S. or are national emergencies preventing problems? First of all FISA reports are approved by a judge. The judges who approved Carter Page's FISA report were Republican. Take a step back and look at who is actually approving the FISA. If a judge denys a report it can then proceede to the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review. The only cases which supersede a judge is when the Attorney General Approves it under a national emergency. For some odd reason the totals of FISA reports for 2018 and 2019 are veiled from community sources like "Wikipedia". Take a step back... The recent national emergency which banned Huawei technologies has resulted in reports of the Chinese government banning American computers which is going to cause a negative long term effect on technology companies who operate in the U.S. Take a step back Oboma's national emergency restricts people who are "contributing to the situations" in Russia, Somlia, Libia, Yemin, Ukraine, South Sudan and central Africa.
