Actually this "Viper tries" thing is really cool. He is one of, if not the best player, but he still always experiments new strategies. I think that is part of him being the best, that he never stops experimenting and questioning the meta game

the most common colour blindness is red/green, so the now red player is map coloured to them

@@AnarchistMetalhead He changes it so they can see the difference between players which is the most important. Not the whole unit is in the players color. Only bits and pieces. So you can still differentiate between the unit and the ground. But if it were other colors that both become gray/brown, they would not be able to tell which units is who's

Just for the record, in the castle age Huskarls and Shotel Warriors actually both exchange 4 hits, but only if they have matching upgrades. Shotels will literally only need Forging to guarantee the 4 hit kill (and the Huskarls will kill the Shotels in 4 hits regardless of their attack upgrades as well, making the defense upgrades less important for the Shotels) whereas Huskarls are likely to get all of the upgrades because that’s just standard for Huskarls

Just a tip to make these more entertaining, a lot of times you make early comments (like in this one) where you point out the losing players strategy and how you’re worried about them which makes it pretty obvious what the outcome is going to be and it’s more fun when for the viewers when they don’t know the outcome, at least for me anyway can’t speak for everyone

T90OFFICIAL I saw a vid a bit back where a mod was included I don't k ow if you make the mods or know someone who does but Was thinking what if you made a mod where the king shared the same mechanics as sheep and other players say military could kidnap the king. You could take them back to your castle and force the other player to fight for you or send ress ect or you kill the king? Just an idea I would find it a interesting watch dunno about others

I don't think every civ has to be balanced at every age - that would make it boring anyway. For 1v1s it's a pain, but in serious games people don't go random anyway. For team games, Goths are a huge risk but if they pull off the boom are unstoppable. Same with Khmer really.

I never see kc ereon cast a full game at normal speed (50/75). Sometimes if he goes too fast, easily miss a lot of things worth mention in the early/mid stage of a game. IMHO.

Why did reaching Feudal Age first allow Jon Snow to win the scout fight?

Scouts get +2 attack and +~10% movement speed with the age upgrade. This means that the Viper took a fight he'd lose but he also could not run away.

he had half the economy John did. Viper was putting everything he had into it. Once John finished defeating the attack, john was then in a position so much better than viper, that it'd take miracles for viper to win.
