This is Sally starting to feel like nothing more than Logan feeling intimidated that his BABY BROTHER is excelling in essentially the manliest sport that is mainstream in America, and clawing, grasping at any straw to reassert dominance and prove he’s still the alpha of the family… unfortunately it’s currently having the opposite effect. And Logan is really good at the sport thus far, really really good, but Jake (I hate that I’m admitting this out loud basically)…Jake is…deadly out there in comparison. He’s just another type of animal out there. Logan seems way more run of the mill fighter. Like a standardized copy of an average fighter in comparison to Jake, who’s just a beast so far. There’s no comparison really. Logan CAN take a hit though. And I’d go so far as to say that one of the bigger reasons Logan is as good as he is TOday, is because he’s been working WITH Jake. My kids are in BJJ AVA MMA. My son is still very immature (he’ll hit his stride) and my daughter has been the best in the class from day one of joining. She just gets it. But my son has gotten to the number two spot ONLY when sparring her (the other boys still beat him all day) because he works with her all the time. Live roll, he’s the only one who can handle her. It’s hard to understand Really but I think that’s what we can partially attribute to Logan’s current status.

Mike isn't the typical yes-man, he knows exactly to what he needs to yes-man him with and what Logan can handle being told no to. He really does some great work at an affordable price, though, and I often feel like I am helping out the people I send his way more than I am helping him.
