Nice lighting on beautiful scenery I can see artists painting from your videos stills for many years to come.

Hi Cliff, so I guess if it doesn't feel right then most likely it isn't is what we can take from this video. So nice to see the Doe's wandering through the wood doing their own thing, it's one of the things I really miss is just going for a woodland walk. But thanks to you I can still get to see all the flora and fauna. Thank you for sharing, much love. xx ❤

Deer and other wildlife also like the transition zones from woods to open areas, good browsing areas for chow. I am really enjoying the series on this trail. It will definitely be a great resource for anyone who wants to hike it.

Another great video. That house is most likely older then our country. FYI anybody wants to see New England foliage check out Trout and Coffee. He really does a great job and I really enjoy his video along with his girlfriend Ally Marie Brown , they do hiking, Went for a little drive in the Mts around where I live and it was beautiful. I lived in a town and was building a shed next to the wooded lot next door. I turned around and a doe stood @ 20 feet from me watching me . The other morning on my bus route in a town I followed 4 deer for about 2 blocks. They can be anywhere.

Nice trail. Since it is in a residential area, I was waiting for some dogs to chase you. Great deer shots. Stay well and be safe.

17:06 I see those quite often, it’s odd to me that they’re all almost identical. I’m sure it is just kids like you mentioned, kind of makes you wonder how many groups of kids would take the time to do that, and make them identical in several different hikes I’ve done over the years! 🤔 Oddly enough though, I’ve never seen groups of kids making them!

Cliff, Your teaching training really shows up in the way you speak and describe your activities. No hemming and hawing or ers or uhs.:) WE have the same squirrels out here in Ferndale, Bellingham area of Northwest Washington but many have very dark, blackish pigmentation. I call them Satin squirrels but they are mostly melanistic Eastern Grey ones. WE have a back yard behind our apartment which we aq view of the Nooksac River and Mt. Baker. WE are visited fairly often by White Tailed Deer which are so graceful and powerful. We've had well over fifty species of birds fly by and visit our feeders in the yard ,including Pileated Woodpeckers, Steller's Jays , Black Headed Grosbeaks, and Spotted towhees . OUr Eastern Varieties of small birds are generally more varied and colorful. NO Mockingbird's or Cardinals.. Thanks for another great adventure! Cheers,' Rik

I did that section in March 2021 after some snow fall, it was a fun section. I agree with you, the variety of the HST is what makes it great.
